A frequently-quoted authority, he has addressed both the Broadcast and Cable Financial Management Association (BCFM) and the International Newspaper Financial Executives (INFE) at their annual conference, as well as a long-time exhibitor at the Advertising Media Credit Executives Association (AMCEA) annual conference.
Bill Mann
Information Services
Bill is the IS and computer systems expert who plans and runs the invisible (computerized) part of JMC operations. Bill has over twenty years of experience in Information Systems. His central focus during the last fourteen years has been in the collection industry, writing and managing systems for receivables management and sales automation. Employing multiple platforms, he has designed and implemented tailored collections software solutions for various commercial markets including newspapers, yellow page advertising, transportation, publishing, and telecommunications.

Operations
Perry has been a major player in the management of commercial contingency collections for over twenty years. He has professional experience in diverse segments of the collection industry, with a strong background as a collector, manager, and administrator. An administrative wizard, he keeps the personnel and hardware of JMC's collection operations running at peak client-oriented efficiency-from hiring and training personnel to designing and implementing new, better ways to serve the client.
